Chandra Dale grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State), as well as an Associate of Arts from Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minnesota. She lives in Port St. Lucie, Florida with her husband and three children.
